Business cards and evolution

When I first set up my business back in 2009, I had no idea what I was doing! Intuitively I knew that I had to be my own boss and set my own tempo. Plus I also knew I had enough knowledge in my fields of expertise to provide quality services and that my business brains and my commitment to evolving were solid. But was this enough to ensure success?

On reflection, I see the evolution of my business directly in relation to my growing confidence and evolution, evident in my business cards for example.Let’s dissect this process and see if it rings any bells for you.

Yoga as a sanity saver…

Back in the early ‘90’s I had the great fortune to live next door to Swami Dharma Vidya – a severely motivating teacher indeed. When I first met her, I was regularly using booze and dope to self medicate my fears and shame, all the while trying to be a very good mummy, wife, daughter, friend and sister, I was in desperate need of help! Understanding Yoga Nidra

No GravatarI have been practicing yoga nidra for almost two decades. In the beginning, I did it because I was told to! My Swami, Satyananda Sannyasan Dharma Vidya was not to be argued with, certainly not by me. I trusted this woman implicitly and desperately sought her influence to help me live a better life.
