What’s all the buzz about EFT I recently posted a Brad Yates youtube clip on EFT to facebook, about how much I love the stuff and a mate responded with a polite (?)… It got me thinking about how easy it is for us to get caught up in our own world and to sub-consciously think that most people we are communicating with share our interests, beliefs and values. And as a very wise Ira Gershwin once wrote “it ain’t necessarily so”.
Which leads me to question, do we have an obligation to share why we believe in what we do or not? I have nothing to prove or defend when it comes to my belief in EFT. In fact I trust the science and research that sits behind it, together with my own personal and my clients results as further evidence of it’s therapeutic value. Having learned, lived and trialled a number of alternate modalities, EFT is the only therapeutic tool that I have ever used
