DAYS 8 & 9 Interpreting Intuition

It’s the weekend and I have a Campfire Womens Workshop on today and a Sacred Gathering tomorrow ~ so I am going to honour my intuition and declare a watchful weekend without posting tomorrow. Anyway, It’s Sacred Sunday tomorrow and we all need a day of rest J

So, gauging the responses here on www.bronwynclee.com/blog and www.gratitudelog.com you are getting into the swing of things regarding mediation, mindfulness, and observing ‘mundane moments’. I love the shift that takes places when we move from seeing life through the mundane lens and into being present in the miracle of each moment!

Rules and regulations we set for ourselves must be reviewed often, as that’s where true liberation takes place. Liberating our heads and hearts from ‘should do’ life lists into self enquiry of ‘does this serve, support, nurture and challenge me’ allows us to make better choices in adopting healthy wholesome lifestyles. LOL In my previous life I would have read this and nodded and agreed and done nothing different… Adopting new ways of Being that enhance our lives and those we love requires desire (how much do we want to embody change) clarity (exactly what is it that we want) and commitment (discipline to do what needs to be done enough to create new habits).

So, in adopting new ways of being, lets build on the use of colour as a contributor to interpreting intuition. For those of you who are familiar with chakras I suggest adding a chakra balance into your daily routine – this can be as brief or as long as you like/need. If you are not familiar with chakras please do a quick google search for Chakra images. Once you have an image of the chakras I encourage you to become familiar with the colours of each chakra and then build awareness of each chakra and it’s colour into your meditation. Using association can often help remember the colours for example, Root chakra = Red (apple), Sacral Chakra = Orange (persimmon), Solar Plexus = Yellow (lemon), Hearth Chakra = Emerald Green  (emerald stone) , Throat chakra = Light Blue (crystal ), Third eye = Dark blue (sapphire) Crown Chakra = violet (crystal)

Please keep up with your daily practices of:

1 5 minute meditations at least twice a day

2 Be more mindful in ‘mundane moments’ and observe your intuition as intelligence ~ shift lens from ‘mundane to miracles’

3 Observe your day to day activities and consider how much of your day to day interactions have a hint of intuition

4 Remember ~ self care ~ self pace ~ self love

DAY 5 Interpreting Intuition

Oh Boy today was an enormous Challenge in so many ways for me… There is so much more going on in my life now then when I decided to offer this Challenge!!!!
Practicing the art of being mindful in the moment  was a real test tho I’m pleased to say I passed ~ only just…  As some of you know, I have intuitively been guided to facilitate this Challenge, and while I am very clear that my role is to open up the space for discussion and reflection, I’m wondering if the topic is mis~leading… In my mind I had a very clear intention of “Interpreting Intuition 30 Day Challenge” being reflective and interactive for each individual to own their own experience of interpreting and making sense of their own intuition as intelligence through my questioning and the group’s interactions. Before we proceed any further, I would appreciate feedback to ensure we all have clarity and shared understanding around this process. My intuitive alarm bells are clanging and for some reason I need to say LOL ☺ I am not, nor have I ever claimed to be an Intuition Expert ☺ So for the lurkers and those who wish to sit in judgment of this approach, please reconsider where your energy may be better spent ☺. For all genuine follows, please post feedback and continue with the following:
1.    Practice 5 minute meditations at least once a day
2.    Be more mindful in ‘mundane moments’ and observe your intuition as intelligence
3.    Observe your day to day activities and consider how much of your day to day interactions have a hint of intuition
4.    Remember ~ self care ~ self pace ~ self love

DAY 4 Interpreting Intuition

What an amazing opportunity this is for us all! Sharing our experiences with each other provides a rich repository for deeper learning. The meditation sounds like it was a hit – please use simple techniques such as this at least once a day and allow your body, mind and soul to relax. Simply closing your eyes and rolling your eyes upward while keeping your focus on the breathe is another powerful and simple relaxation strategy. For us to get closer to reading the signs our intuition offers us, we need to be clearer and more receptive. “Recent research conducted and reported in 2005, found that certain regions of the brain were thicker in people who participated in meditation than those who didn’t’. These areas of the brain include the prefrontal cortex, which is associated with personality and intelligence, and the right anterior insula, which is linked to awareness of the body. Hailed as an indication that meditation increases our grey matter, it was the first time a study had found that the brain physically changes as a result of mediation.” Chi Tranter.

The fascinating thing about intuition is that it does not require us to make direct contact with it as such – all we need to do to enhance our intuition is make space for it to be interpreted. It’s not like you can ‘figure things out with it’, or ‘do intuition’, it’s all about being open and prepared for what comes along as to how you will then choose to make sense of it through an intuitive perspective. Does this make sense? Most of you have all been able to describe intuitive experiences and physical responses to ‘intuition arriving’… To expand on that, I would like to invite you all to consciously pay attention to how much you do throughout your day to day life that could be seen to intuitive. Observe moments where you have a sense of something about to happen, like answering the phone just when you were about to call the person on the other end, or thinking about cut flowers and seeing them in an instant on tv or in a magazine.

At last! The New Challenge!

Good Morning Fellow Boot Campers  drum rollllllllll please LOL ~ AT LONG LAST WE ARE GEARING UP TO START THE NEW 30 DAY BOOTCAMP FOR INTERPRETING INTUITION CHALLENGE.

As agreed a few weeks ago, the NEW CHALLENGE will be posted on www.gratitudelog.com as well as here on my new Blog. Boy oh boy, I had no idea the Blog was going to take so much time in setting up! Thank god and goodness for a very clever and giving son who happens to be a web editor (www.iamtyce.com) and back in Oz for a brief window of time…

For members of Bootcamp for Beliefs who missed the recent discussion, now is a great time to consider what was agreed and whether or not you wish to remain with us. A summary of the feedback regarding the next challenge is:

1) Rename Boot Camp for Beliefs rather than start a new Group
2) Close group after 3 days of beginning new Challenge
3) Daily posts will be made available both on GLog and my Blog which you will have to sign and join (similarly to Glog) to allow sacred space and privacy to be maintained

30 DAY BOOTCAMP FOR INTERPRETING INTUITION will be run along similar lines to Bootcamp for Beliefs. The process will be reflective and interactive and requires you to take 100% responsibility for how you choose to participate. Opportunities for growth and contribution are therefore entirely up to you. I am certain everyone who joins us will grow more through the collective sharing style we have all grown to appreciate in this group.

As the facilitator it is my responsibility to post daily and invite you to reflect and/or contribute/interact. Likewise, we are all required to honour self care ~ self pace ~ self love. At the beginning and end of the Challenge, I will post a brief survey for you to self assess your insights/learnings and for me to assess the value of the opportunity offered. All of the feedback is confidential and surveys are anonymous unless you choose otherwise. Testimonials are always appreciated

As many of you know, our only son has graced us with a brief visit in between heading off for his next o/s trip. I have honoured my beliefs in self care ~ self pace ~ self love along with fun, variety and balance, hence the drag in time to getting the next challenge started. We expect to have the Blog live within the next two days.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding and willingness to contribute to the greater good of all humanity. Being clear in our head and heart affords the individual a deeper, richer life and raises the vibrations for the collective consciousness at the same time. I love love love having the honour of walking my talk and talking my walk with you all ~ aloha ~
