New 33 Day Bootcamp starting in June 2011

Join me on a journey of a lifetime that has to date achieved extraordinary results for people around the world, just like you and me. Last year while I was recovering from a life changing experience, I discovered a joy for writing. I had no idea that when I posted a comment in an online community that I would end up writing this program, let alone the phenomenal results people would attest to. And almost 12 months later, they are still avid supporters who believe in these programs.

Bootcamp for beliefs is all about YOU digging into the roots of your belief system and keeping the ones that serve, support, nurture and challenge you, and LETTING GO of the rest. The purpose of the 33 days is to support you in clearing out the old and making way for the new, and like Zig, I recommend it daily!

So this is my invitation to you. Come with me on a journey without a destination and commit to exploring your own belief system in the privacy of your own time and space. I will be your facilitator, coach, mentor and supporter who will inspire you to participate in members only online forums.  A major added bonus of my bootcamps is that you also get the opportunity to connect with other kindred spirits.

This 33 day intensive program requires you to commit regular time and attention for the duration to allow you time to integrate your discoveries. Organic in its’ origins, this bootcamp is designed to be purely yours – there are no right or wrong answers – just more questions to be asked, options to consider and changes to be made.

Do you know what sits beneath the most stunning water lilies?

I dare you to join me and be prepared to be surprised!

My motto is “self care ~ self pace ~ self love”

Energy Psychology

my little bit of Bali

In reading  Thought Vibration written by William Atkinson in 1906, this statement captured my attention enough to write it down twice: “Positive, you give out expressions; receptive, you take in impressions. Positive you are a teacher, receptive, a pupil. It is not only a good thing to be a good teacher, but it is also very important to be a good listener at time”… And in the midst of the busyness we allow to inhabit our thinking, I find myself more and more being reminded of the importance of listening to our internal dialogue… We can learn so much more about ourselves when we tune in and pay attention to how we silently communicate to ourselves. Oh sure, sometimes we might say something out loud that we intended only for our inner self to hear! What I’m talking about are those silent tapes that can unknowingly be subliminally be playing in the background unless we are aware of them… And aware of them we must be if we wish to BE the change we want to see in our world…

As energy psychology continues to sweep across our global village I am in awe of how technology is playing a vital role in connecting us all.10 years ago if we sought a particular therapeutic intervention and lived in a geographically isolated area,  we would have been extremely restricted within our options. Today however, all we need is internet access, which is now readily available in most homes, libraries and internet cafes. At the click of a button we can enter into a resource rich environment that simply requires us to play with words and click to our hearts content to access further information on the topic. Up pops the where toos and where withalls for what nexts of so much more than we originally went looking for that if we aren’t disciplined we can end up feeling overloaded and often on a ‘wild goose chase’. Exploring our belief system could be considered a similar expedition, and ultimately one in which we might prefer to have a guide to assist us on our journey.

I guess that’s how I like to think of the way in which I work. Guided and being guided through the feminine energy force of creatively exploring what lies hidden and waiting to be acknowledged, rather than strategically and mathematically attempting to structure and contain possibility.  A teleseminar with Keys to Feminine Power today awakened an old yearning in me and reignited the flame of my desire to find my pack. 10,000 women were online to share this momentous occasion (for further info go to www.femininepower.com) I heard language that I have used for so long and wondered where it came from, for I could not think of a specific genre where I had ‘learned this language but know it to be mine’. Words and statements like ‘FULLNESS, co~creating, authentic self, standing with and for each other, transforming our world, birthing our destiny’ were consistently spoken and immediately gave me a sense of homecoming and relief. Key messages received today, I AM NOT ALONE and THE WORLD IS NOW READY & WAITING FOR ME.
